Résumé du projet de recherche :

Travail de recherche sur les dynamiques de retrait complet ou partiel des travailleurs âgés du marché du travail. Les retraites sont aujourd'hui centrales dans le débat politique, tant au niveau de l'Union Européenne que dans les Etats membres : discussions autour de l'augmentation de l'âge de la retraite, incitants à l'augmentation de la durée du travail, incitants pour garder les individus de plus de 55 ans au travail. Ces débats prennent place à la fin d'une période durant laquelle ont été créés et sont devenus populaires des instruments causant un déclin de taux de participation au marché du travail des séniors.
